To the People of Wilmington

Now is the time to do something. This is the year to make a change and stop wandering around like blind monkeys trying to find the elusive bananas or like deaf kids trying to find the beat. Nay, say I, this is not the time for Pettiness or Laziness.

Parents of Wilmington Children: Have you forgotten what it is to be parents? Have you forgotten how badly you were treated only to turn into responsible adults? Every Friday you didn't go to the game was another night that gave you the guts to realize the responsibility of your actions.

"Forgive them for they know not what they do"

Children, students, younger adults and all... put down your cell phones, turn off your PCs, unplug your ipods... the moment of reckoning is now. You will not be the last generation. THere will be many more to indulge in self-loathing and ingratitude. Men, be men. Women, do not be sluts. Children, do not try to grow up so fast.

Britney Spears will not save you and Kurt Cobain has been dead for years.

I prayed to Cobain... I prayed "Please Kurt..." He said "Nevermind".

There is no need for hate. The world will keep spinning with or without your acceptance. There is Nothing you can say to that will convince the haters to stop hating or the peacelovers to stop loving. However, the energy spent hating could easily be used for a great accomplishment.

That is all. The sad truth is that these words will fall on Deaf Ears. We will not be the Last Generation. We are Doomed, according to the good Doctor, and that's all we will ever be.
